Don’t worry, we wouldn’t tease you like that! Go ahead and place your order, and we’ll make it especially for you. Expect it to ship within 2 weeks for solid gold and 4 weeks for vermeil pieces.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

 

Very rarely, given our direct-to-consumer fair pricing model. But when we do, we always give our subscribers the heads-up. Signing up for our email here will make sure you don’t miss a trick.

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

By law, we have to charge you the appropriate sales tax for deliveries in each state. To find out if this affects you, just enter your address in our checkout page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal on online orders. In-store purchases can be paid for with credit card and debit card.

Is my information secure?

Can I place an order over the phone?

Old-school! Sure – call 888-616-2872 and we’ll help you out. You can also call any of our store fronts for assistance as well!

Can I order online and pick up in store?

Absolutely – just call the store location you’d like to pick up form and they can assist you in placing your order!  

Can I place a custom order?

We love nothing more than a challenge (and a customer who knows her own mind). We can adjust any of our pieces to your preferred metal or diamond colors – you can browse the options on the product page. If it’s a completely bespoke piece you’re after, just shoot us an email at [email protected]. Please be aware that sales of custom pieces are final.

Is my purchase covered by a warranty?

Yes, for life! We’re so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a no-questions-asked lifetime warranty on any purchase. Just contact us at [email protected] for any warranty issues.

How can I check the status of my order?

Easy – just log into your AUrate account on the website, and under ‘my orders’, select ‘view your order history’.

Can I change or cancel an order?

We are unable to make changes or cancel your in stock order once it has been placed. If your order is made to order, we can alter or cancel it up until it has begun the shipping process. If you miss the deadline, you may return your order using our free returns option within 30 days of receipt.
