1. OFFER
Offer Name: Anniversary Sale Order Winback
Offer Period: Begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 26, 2026 and ends at 11:00 a.m. ET on September 27, 2026 (the "Offer Period").
Offer Description: Twelve (12) customers who place an order using discount code BDAY during the Offer Period will be selected at random to each have their full order refunded.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) in AL and NE; twenty-one (21) in MS) at the time of participation. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Aurate Inc. ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, parents, and children, regardless of residence) or those living in the same household are not eligible. Offer is void outside the fifty (50) United States, D.C., and wherever prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
A. Primary Method: Participate as described in Section 1 during the Offer Period. Participation methods may include, but are not limited to, a qualifying purchase, social media action, email sign-up, referral, or code redemption. Any purchase-based qualification will be calculated after discounts are applied; taxes, shipping, and handling are excluded. Transactions that are canceled, declined, charged back or refunded will be disqualified. Automated or bulk submissions are prohibited. Limit per customer as stated in Section 1.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, complete the online form available at the AMOE link listed in Section 1. Each completed form submission equals one (1) entry. Limit one (1) AMOE submission per person per day during the Offer Period. Automated or bulk submissions are prohibited. AMOE entries receive the same consideration as purchase-based entries and do not affect odds of winning.
4. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
On or about September 27, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Offer Period to select Twelve (12). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winners must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within five (5) business days of notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
5. REWARD FULFILLMENT
Eligible participants will receive the reward described in Section 1. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Reward items are subject to availability; if the designated reward is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Fulfillment timing will be as described in Section 1 or, if not specified, within a reasonable timeframe following the close of the Offer Period.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS OFFER. SPONSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE REWARD.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, customers agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this offer at any time if it cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
By participating, each participant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in this offer or acceptance or use of any reward.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable communications or transactions due to system errors, network failures, technical malfunctions, or other causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the participation process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner.
This offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest or any other social media/third-party platform on which it may be promoted. Participants understand that any information provided is given to Sponsor and not to these platforms.
7. TAXES
Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to receipt of the reward. For rewards with a retail value below $600, Sponsor will not issue a Form 1099. For rewards valued at $600 or more, Sponsor will issue applicable tax documentation as required by law.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Except where prohibited, any disputes arising out of or relating to this offer will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration conducted in New York County, New York under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules . All disputes must be brought in the party's individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
9. PRIVACY
By participating, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor, subject to the right to opt out at any time. Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://auratenewyork.com/pages/privacy-policy.
10. WINNERS LIST
To obtain a list of winners, you may (i) send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Aurate Inc., 1239 Broadway, Floor 3, Suite 300, New York, NY 10001, Attn: ”Anniversary Sale Order Winback” Winners; or (ii) email care@auratenewyork.com with the subject line ”Anniversary Sale Order Winback” Winners." Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the close of the Offer Period.
