• Exchange Only: Selected items marked as exchange only are not eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged. If the piece is made-to-order just for you, we have a 24h cancellation window. After the first 24 hours (our jewelers waste no time), a 30% cancellation fee applies*. There are no fees for exchanges or order edits.
  *30% fee to be applied to the net amount paid.

• Exchange For Size Only: Selected items marked as exchange for size only are not eligible for a return and can only be exchanges for another size in the same style, color and rate. 
  • - For the Custom Birthstone Ring and Toi et Moi Rings, please process your resizing here.
