1. Offer
Offer Name: New York Knicks Championship Promotion

Offer Period:  Begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 13, 2026 and ends at 3:00 a.m. ET on June 14, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are given in Eastern Time.

This Promotion has two (2) components:
A. Discount Offer: During the Promotion Period, customers may receive twenty-six percent (26%) off eligible purchases by applying promo code CHAMPION at checkout. No purchase is required to participate in the Refund Drawing described in Part B below.

B. Refund Drawing: If the New York Knicks win Game 5 of the NBA Finals on June 13, 2026, five (5) eligible entrants will be selected at random to receive a refund equal to the retail price of their merchandise after application of the CHAMPION discount, excluding shipping and taxes (which remain the customer's responsibility and are not refunded). Orders with a merchandise value (retail price after discounts, before shipping and tax) of nine hundred fifty dollars ($950) or more are not eligible for the Refund Drawing as purchase entries, but such customers may enter via the Alternate Method of Entry described in Section 3C. If the New York Knicks do not win Game 5 on June 13, 2026, no winners will be selected and no refunds will be awarded under this Promotion.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):  https://forms.gle/oT1CiUCFDaWqLHXq8 — No purchase required. See Section 3B for details. AMOE winners who did not make a qualifying purchase will have the choice to receive either a $500 cash prize or Aurate New York gift card in lieu of a purchase refund. See Section 5 for full prize details.

Limit: One (1) entry per customer total, regardless of entry method. A qualifying purchase and an AMOE submission by the same customer count as a single entry. Maximum one (1) prize per winner.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) in AL and NE; twenty-one (21) in MS) at the time of participation. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Aurate Inc. ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, parents, and children, regardless of residence) or those living in the same household are not eligible. Offer is void outside the fifty (50) United States, D.C., and wherever prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
A. Discount Offer: Apply promo code CHAMPION at checkout on auratenewyork.com during the Promotion Period to receive 26% off eligible merchandise. Discount is calculated after other applicable discounts; taxes, shipping, and handling are excluded. Orders that are canceled, declined, or refunded will be disqualified from the Refund Drawing. Promo code is non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted by Sponsor.
B. Refund Drawing — Purchase Entry: Each eligible order placed on auratenewyork.com during the Promotion Period using promo code CHAMPION earns one (1) entry into the Refund Drawing. Only qualifying orders with a post-discount merchandise value under nine hundred fifty dollars ($950) earn a purchase entry into the Refund Drawing. Customers whose orders are $950 or more remain eligible for the discount and may enter via the AMOE in Section 3C.
C. Refund Drawing — Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase is necessary to enter the Refund Drawing. To enter without making a purchase, complete the online entry form available at: https://forms.gle/oT1CiUCFDaWqLHXq8. Each completed form submission equals one (1) entry. Limit one (1) AMOE submission per person during the Promotion Period. Automated or bulk submissions are prohibited. AMOE entries receive equal consideration to purchase-based entries and a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
D. Entry Limits and De-duplication: Only one (1) entry per customer will be counted in the Refund Drawing. If a customer places a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period, that customer's purchase entry is their sole entry, and any AMOE submission by that same customer will not be counted as a separate entry. Customers who did not place a qualifying purchase (including those whose orders were $950 or more) may enter once via the AMOE. Duplicate or multiple submissions from the same customer will be consolidated to a single entry.

4. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
The Refund Drawing is contingent on the New York Knicks winning Game 5 of the NBA Finals on June 13, 2026. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be held for a potential drawing regardless of the game outcome.
If the Knicks win Game 5: On or about June 15, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select 5 winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winners must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within five (5) business days of notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
If the Knicks do not win Game 5: No drawing will be conducted and no prizes will be awarded under the Refund Drawing. All entries will be void.

5. PRIZE FULFILLMENT
Purchase Entry Winners: Winners who entered via a qualifying purchase will receive a refund to their original payment method equal to the retail price of the merchandise in their qualifying order after application of the CHAMPION discount. Shipping and taxes are excluded and will not be refunded. Total ARV of all prizes will not exceed four thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($4,750)
AMOE Winners: Winners who entered via the Alternate Method of Entry and did not place a qualifying purchase will have the choice to receive one (1) Aurate New York gift card valued at five hundred dollars ($500 USD) or one (1) cash prize or five hundred dollars ($500 USD). The winner must respond with their choice of prize within 5 days or the prize if forfeited. The gift card is redeemable exclusively at auratenewyork.com, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is subject to Sponsor's standard gift card terms and conditions. 
All prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If a designated prize is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS OFFER. SPONSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE REWARD.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS 
By participating, customers agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this offer at any time if it cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
By participating, each participant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in this offer or acceptance or use of any reward.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable communications or transactions due to system errors, network failures, technical malfunctions, or other causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the participation process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner.
This offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest or any other social media/third-party platform on which it may be promoted. Participants understand that any information provided is given to Sponsor and not to these platforms.

7. TAXES 
Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to receipt of the reward. For rewards with a retail value below $600, Sponsor will not issue a Form 1099. For rewards valued at $600 or more, Sponsor will issue applicable tax documentation as required by law.

8. GOVERNING LAW  
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Except where prohibited, any disputes arising out of or relating to this offer will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration conducted in New York County, New York under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules . All disputes must be brought in the party's individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

9. PRIVACY  
By participating, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor, subject to the right to opt out at any time. Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://auratenewyork.com/pages/privacy-policy.

10. WINNERS LIST  
To obtain a list of winners, you may (i) send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Aurate Inc., 1239 Broadway, Floor 3, Suite 300, New York, NY 10001, Attn: New York Knicks Championship Promotion Winners; or (ii) email care@auratenewyork.com with the subject line New York Knicks Championship Promotion Winners." Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the close of the Offer Period.
