    I like it ..but!

    Aurate really did a great job with this story-engraved pendant, but I wish there had been a feedback step where I could preview the design (in Photoshop or any other program) before it was finalized. I understand this takes extra time and money, but if I had seen it earlier, I would have adjusted my design. The names ended up being very small. It might be a good idea to offer an optional feedback round for a small fee (for example €10), so customers can make changes before production.
