    Beautiful ring!

    I'm very happy with the ring, and even more impressed with the customer service. After finding the ring sold out on the website, I called the store to see if they had any on site. Was told no, but then received a call back five minutes later from the clerk saying she found one in my size in the store. YAY! I paid and asked them to hold it for me for a couple of weeks until I made a trip to NYC. I then received a second call from the clerk after a week reminding me to come pick it up when I was in the city. Excellent customer service! I wish every store I deal with was that customer focused.
