I love this necklace and I was very happy with the customer service as well. I originally ordered the smaller size, and it was a little too small for my liking. The exchange process was very easy. Beautiful Piece of Jewelry
I wasn’t disappointed at all. My chain is a nice looking addition. My only complaint is that the loop for the clasp is super small. Hence, my 4 star rating.

Go long!
I purchased the 4mm 16 inch chain and it proved to be a bit stiff but that's fine as it hugs the curves of your neck, so keep that in mind when you consider the length as it won't fall like a typical chain. I would go for the 18 inch next time or go shorter for a more collar-like look. The vermeil looks great nonetheless!

It is a beautiful necklace! I love it so much- the vermeil or is very nice!
The vermeille is very nice on the gold. You can’t even tell that it is not fully gold. I will say- the smaller chain is like a choker on most necks. In terms of representing these length differences, they did not do a great job on the website. Besides this- it is a wonderful purchase.
