    I recently had an issue with the white sapphire tennis necklace I purchased in November. It broke and so I sent it back as per Aurates instructions. Unfortunately I sent back a small diamond pendant in the same envelope. I was so upset and reached out to customer service. I reached Jessah who personally made sure to find my piece and send it back to me. I am so impressed and grateful for the amazing personal service.     It’s weighty but I wish I’d gone for the larger size diamonds. I like this one a lot, though. It flips a bit and I I wonder if that is less of an issue with the larger rocks. The clasp is very secure.
